These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LotPass, a parking-payment platform operated by Kalibri LLC ("LotPass", "we", "us"). By scanning a LotPass code, paying for a parking session, or listing a lot, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LotPass is

LotPass is a technology platform that connects drivers with parking lot operators ("Lot Owners") and processes payment for parking sessions. LotPass is not a parking operator: the parking service itself is provided and controlled by the Lot Owner. LotPass facilitates the transaction, the digital pass, and related tools.

2. Roles

  • Drivers purchase time-limited parking sessions at participating lots.
  • Lot Owners are the merchants of record for the parking service, set their own rates, and are responsible for the lot, its rules, and any enforcement.
  • LotPass provides the platform and payment facilitation via Stripe.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The total price, including any service fee, is shown before you pay. By paying, you authorize the charge for the parking session and any extensions you request. Lot Owners receive payouts through Stripe.

4. Sessions, extensions and overstays

A paid session is valid for the time purchased at the specified lot for the vehicle plate you provide. You are responsible for entering the correct plate and for ending or extending your session appropriately. Overstays may be subject to the Lot Owner's rules and applicable local regulations.

5. Disclaimers & liability

LotPass provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee the availability of any lot or spot, and we are not responsible for the condition of any lot, vehicle damage, theft, towing, or enforcement actions taken by a Lot Owner or authority. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotPass's liability is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
