LotPass respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on LotPass infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at support@lotpass.app including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material and its location on LotPass.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

2. Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information. We follow the standard DMCA notice-and-counter-notice procedure.
