This Privacy Policy explains what data LotPass, a service operated by Kalibri LLC, collects and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- License plate — to create and validate your parking session.
- Email address — for receipts, reminders and support.
- Phone number (optional) — for SMS reminders where enabled.
- Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe; card details never touch LotPass servers.
- Session & usage data — lot, times, amounts, and basic device/log data.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate parking sessions, process payments, send receipts and reminders, provide support, prevent fraud, and give Lot Owners the tools to run their lot (for example, plate lookup for the lot you parked in).
3. Third parties
We share data only as needed with service providers, including Stripe (payments) and our email/SMS provider (notifications). Lot Owners can see session data for their own lot. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Storage & region
Data is stored and processed in the United States. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required for legal or financial records.
